Jonathan Skelton began his career as an apprentice mechanic for Armstrong Massey (LandRover) 29 years ago. He has lived and worked locally ever since.

Jonathan has always wanted to operate his own independent garage, and in 2000 he and his wife Fiona took the plunge and opened for business. The original premises were less than half the size they are now, but back then even that seemed huge!

The garage has expanded steadily over the past few years and in 2005 the necessary alterations were made to the original workshop to create a dedicated MOT Testing Station. At the same time the adjacent building became the new service and repair workshop.

The team has grown as well and there are now four additional mechanics, all of whom bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the business. Jonathan and Richard are both qualified MOT Testers.
