MOT Testing Our MOT centre is approved by the Government appointed Vehicle Operator Services Agency (VOSA). You can have an MOT completed up to one month before the expiry of your MOT. Vehicle Servicing & Repairs We carry out servicing and repairs on your vehicle to meet your specific requirements. We will always keep you informed and will check with you before carrying out work on your car. Four wheel alignment Properly aligned wheels can reduce tyre wear, and improve fuel consumption, handling, and safety. Our fully computerised four wheel alignment equipment enables us to check and adjust wheel alignment where necessary. Engine Diagnostics We use the latest Sykes Pickavant diagnostic code readers which allow us to interrogate most manufacturers’ electronic control units (ECUs). In 2007 we invested in the latest industry key coding software. Tyres We are able to offer very competitive rates on all top brands, often beating the prices of major tyre retailers… please let us provide you with a quote! If you visit us, we will be happy to carry out a FREE tyre tread and condition check and advise you if replacement is required. Air conditioning, repairs & servicing Manufacturers recommend an air conditioning service at least every 2 years. Vehicle air conditioning systems tend to lose refrigerant over time as it leaks out through the joints in components. This causes the air conditioning performance to deteriorate and just when you need that cold blast of air to keep you cool, it may not work at all. If you leave your car air conditioning operating with low refrigerant levels more serious problems can occur with both air and moisture entering the system. We have recently invested in specialised air conditioning equipment which enables us to carry out anything from a straightforward system regas to testing an air conditioning system for leaks. Local collection & deilery service We are happy to collect and deliver our customers' vehicles from Sheriff Hutton and the surrounding villages. We are also able to offer the use of a loan car if needed.
